My GGgrandfather Samuel Reed married Anny Jones on March 21, 1800 in Greene Co., TN. On the marriage bond Samuel Reed and a John Kennedy signs in the presence of Wm. Kennedy, which I take is the clerk. Is John Kennedy related to Anny Jones and how, and who are Anny Jones parents. Any help is appreciated as the Jones side I know nothing, and after finding the marriage bond it made's me wonder if the Kennedy's aren't also related in some way.
