I have a Benjamin Taylor born in NC/SC abt 1750-60, who had a brother, Isaac Taylor, who moved toward IL and Benjamin moved toward MO, where he remained until death abt 1846. Benjamin and Isaac Taylor were orphaned when quite small and possibly raised by a Snider family among other families in the area. This ancestor, Benjamin Taylor, has been a mystery to a lot of descendants. Does any of the information match with your Isaac Taylor?
