Sloan has just uploaded the Noah Rouse Collection additions on Old Dobbers. List member, Sue, so graciously abstracted this Collection some time back and it must have taken her several Sats to do it - she does work. Sue and I have worked together for years and she always does a first class job on whatever she does as most of you know. There are a number of brown envelopes in the Collection that contain fragments or pieces of documents and the first ones were so fragile she elected not to do them. I took a day on this last trip and went back through the Collection with no hesitation to try to piece those fragments together in the hopes that some other Rouse tidbit would jump out from those fragments - don't think they did; however, it did indicate all of those Mozingo women were the heirs of John Mozingo. Also think there was something that added to the Holmes line. I also did the Court date and the enrollment when noted. There were other small corrections and additions but that would be the case if a third person went back through the Collection. One thing neither of us saw was a note that Sarah had made on the back of one of the deeds - Joshua Rouse his papers to Noah Rouse. I was looking for it so it might take a third pair of eyes to find it. Again, our heartfelt thanks to Sue for taking the time to do this Collection in the first place and in her usual manner. She met me for a few minutes at Duke so we had a short visit.
