In the 1880 Lenoir County census Naomi Ann is listed as Amy Ann, age 21 in the household of Alexander Faulkner. She was called Nomi Ann by her family. She and Alexander Faulkner were my great-grandparents through my grandmother, Emma, who married Henry F. Williams and moved to Carteret County shortly after 1901. When Naomi Ann died, Alexander then married her sister, Margaret.
