I feel certain that Mr. Hart's Allen Westbrook has to be the same person as your g-g-grandfather by virtue of the birthdate. After all what is the probability of finding two different people with the same name having the same birthday? I do have a record for a Moses Westbrook Bible that lists the children of Moses, Jr. and Martha L. Allen Westbrook. Allen is listed as the fifth child, born 26 July 1819, and married Jerusha McIntosh on 31 December 1840. I suspected that Jerusha probably died soon after and he remarried Ann Mayfield.
