Patty, Had looked at the information on Old Dobbers - which is where I picked up on the 2nd generation of Parrott D. md into the Jackson family. One can only assume it was Parrott Jr who lived on the Lenoir-Jones border but this was not the seat of this family. THe seat appears to be more on the Wayne/Lenoir border. Was just wondering if there was another Parrott D. - not father and son - but maybe a cousin. Family sure appeared to move around. Have not heard from Kay but she is on digest. Would be nice to tie down IF Elizabeth Simmons married a Waters and which one and which Waters Sally Simmons Barwick married.
