Sarah, That particular Edward Waters went to the ESVA - Accomack and Northampton Co and he had a son William. THe entire family was well known during the 1600's and has been well researched. Think William was a member of the Burgess. Would need to check my notes but think William held importation right on the Tulls that ended up in Lenoir Co later.
