Peggym Was out of town for the weekend. >From the copy of the William Hardy Bible I had, there is no indication that Jesse was his son and the Hardy Book assumes he was not and states it is not known who Jesse's father was. Jesse was not listed on the page with the other children of William and Sarah and there is NO date for his birth - not even a year, so his birthdate is rather up in the air, as far as I know.
