Information: Indictment of William HINES, Benjamin BRIGHT, John SMITH, Rice BASS, John BASS, John BRIGHT, Joseph ?MASSEY, John STEWART, Nathan NEWEL, John PARKER, and William PARKER, all of Duplin, planters; William BROWN, Edward WHITE, Jesse HARPER, William ROBERTSON, all of Dobbs, planters; Daniel MILLER, Thomas DEAN the elder, and Thomas DEAN the younger, all of Jones, planters for murder of James BLACKSHIRE. States that Daniel MILLER shot BLACKSHIRE in the breast, yielding a mortal wound from which BLACKSHIRE instantly died.
