It is Fairfax of York by Gerry Webb. It can be purchased on Amazon. You have to go to their INTERNATIONAL section to find it but it can be ordered and paid for with a credit card which eliminates getting the sterling money order we sometimes have to do when purchasing things from England. It is not just another genealogy book but the story of the family and contains the most amazing pictures. The reason I mention the book is that is deals with the question of what religion the various branches of the Fairfax family followed among other things. My Fairfax line was from both MD and VA so figuring out the religion my help me trace the lines better.
