Based on what mother said, Fannie would have inherited the part of the farm the old Shadrack Fields home was on. I have a picture of the home - rather impressive even though it was used by tenant farmers - my mother's paternal side - by the time the picture was taken and was kind of shabby. Must have been something in its heyday. Without a trip to the courthouse - 300 miles away - I am having a bit of a problem tracking some of William and Christiana's children.
