Harper Blaney Harper of Lenoir had a Will ca 1880 and he owned a good deal of land in Duplin. I checked the Cross Indices and did not see any indication of how Blaney received this land - there was no Blaney in the Cross Indices which indicates he received it by Will - did not have time to check the wills.
