In the past month several people have had problems receiving their posts - actually they have not received them. In three cases, they were on the list and I have no clue to the problem. The other time they had been kicked off - for some unknown reason. Usually in the case of still being on the list and not receiving the posts, the ISP is at fault. I have unsubscribed the person and subscribed them back again and that seemed to solve the problem. If you have a problem, please advise me and we will take it from there. The only problem I have with these lists are the number of bounced messages in my inbox. An ISP bounces everyone who uses them ie erols, or just one address bounces - over and over. Mailbox is full, address can't be found all kinds of reasons. After 8 times, it is suppose to knock you off the list. Usually I can tell when there is a real problem as opposed to something temporary but in the case of full mailboxes, I have been known to take you off myself after 8 times if Rootsweb doesn't. Some people change their address and don't bother to unsub the old address. If you change your address, PLEASE unsub the old one before you sub with the new one. Thanks. Martha
