The Alexander M. on the jury list was not your Alex but the one mentioned in the email - Alexander who married Sarah Hardy and he was the father of your Alexander J. according to Ima. Born ca 1853 according to the census. Some of the information on Alexander J. came from the Dawson - Emery Bible but am not sure of the documentation on the rest. Don't know the parents of Alexander M, but Sarah's parents were Lemuel Hardy III and Annie Mewborn. The Obit from either Zion's Landmark or the Mewborn Church Records, gives a list of Sarah Hardy Dawson's children, who they married, and how many children they had. Martha
