In the Wayne Co. Archives (Gravestone Inscriptions) is Benjamin Herring 1818-1858 who married Chloe A.G. Pippen 1825-1902. Is their only child Elisha who is listed as son who only lived 16 years? There are several other Herrings listed but none say sons or daughters of above.
