Many thanks to PCFR listmember A. D. who went to Columbia, SC and copied the will of John Enloe Sheppard and estate records of Abraham Sheppard for me. This is tied into the Col JOhn Hardee line through his daughter Susannah Hardee Enloe Croom, so they say. It is also part of the Humphrey Hardy line. Sometime this summer hope to backtrack on Humphrey to see what some of us might have missed. According to information sent to Ruth some say there is a connection between the Middlesex, Va family and Humphrey through Joseph and Arvella Parrott Hardee. Roger, there is a lot of this that is not going to be readable because it did not copy, but might be enough for the Quarterly. Be next week before I have a chance to really look at the information.
