    3. Boy is Ruth right about the IOW and Southampton connections. Ruth, I only have the two Boddie 17th Century Books and the information you referenced must be in that series he did that must have at least 10 books. All the right names are in Southampton - Burrell, Gray, Moses, Henry and it goes on and on. Not as many in the IOW will book and there is a Jesse. Might be lost in that area of Nansemond that was put into Southampton. Wills and Administrations of SOuthampton Co, Virginia - by Blanche Adams Chapman John Westbrook had a will written 13 Aug 1761 - wife Honour, son Gray (not 21), sons Thomas, William, Moses, James, Elias, Burwell. Exec - brother James Ramsey. In IOW there is an earlier John - written in 1719 prob 1733 wife not named - sons, John, Thomas, William, James, daughter Saran, sister Elizabeth Of course, the Carrs are also seated in IOW, Southampton and Nansemond.
