    2. I can not find anything about Walter D. Loftin. Can you help? I know that his wife (Anne Brock Loftin) and their 5 children moved to Jacksonville, Florida. I know where they are buried. Anne Brock Loftin is listed in Jacksonville as a WIDOW in 1905. Where and when did Walter D. Loftin die? Floyd, Issac, and Samuel all are found in Jacksonville. Walter is buried somewhere other than Jacksonville, Florida. I have been looking in Duplin County, Wayne County, and Lenior County. On Nov. 21st, 1894. Rev A.L. STOUGH, pastor of the Kinston Baptist Church, Rev. J.W. ROSE, pastor of the Cove Baptist Church and Rev. R.D. CARROLL, pastor of the Antioch Baptist Church, met at New Hope Baptist Meeting house for the purpose of organizing a Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. J.W. ROSE preached a sermon appropriate to the occasion from 1st Timothy 3:14-15.The Council then organized by making J.W. ROSE Moderator, and R.D. CARROLL secretary. Rev. ROSE led in prayer for Divine guidance.Bro. STOUGH Then presented forty-one names of persons who had been dismissed, at their own request from the Kinston Baptist Church to go into the new organization.
