Couple of new postings on the archives Charles has posted a couple of Deeds Gloria has posted a new will - added a new branch to my Grubbs line Under Collections - the Whitfield - Cobb Collection has been posted and the Whitfield - Wooten Collection was sent to Guy today (several of you will be especially interested in that one). He also has the Bryan Papers, Part 2 UNC to post. The John H. Bryan Collection from the archives has been combined into one file. ANyone know of any other Lenoir, Dobbs, or Greene Collections in the Southern Historical Collection? I have hit all the ones listed for those counties. Except the ELizabeth Washington Grist Knox Collection which Francis is going to work on this summer. Assume I will be going back to Chapel Hill sometime this summer. Martha
Yes, the Richard Caswell Gatlin papers are in the Southern Historical Collection. He was son of Susannah and John Gatlin and grandson of Richard Caswell.
