Creech Stanford Creech b. 14 November 1818, d. 6 June 1892 wrote his will 5 March 1887. He m1 April 11, 1848 Martha Ellen Horn, b. 1820, m2 March 31,1862 Mary Broughton b. April 30 1829, d. 2 August 1901. Issue; by Martha: Evaline, Alonzo, Elizabeth, Emily, Lewis, Ellen, Charles b. 1863, Omega b. 1865, Anna b. 1867, James L b. 1870. In the 1880 census in Clayton, Johnston Co., NC, he is now married to Mary Broughton and the same children are listed under his name. By the marriage dates, I would say that from Charles on down they would be Mary Broughton's children. Charles married Mollie O'Neal 13 March 1892. Helen
