Gail, Are you sure that you understood what I sent to you? I did not question that Joseph Ingram was the son of William Ingram and his second wife, Elizabeth. In fact, William Ingram, 1771, and Elizabeth did have a son named Joseph Ingram. I only stated that William Ingram had a first wife who was a daughter of John Lee, Sr. Esq and that they had Shadrack Ingram and perhaps a daughter named Elizabeth.
