His grandparents were cousins. His grandfather, James Henry, was the son of Ransom M, son of Jarrett, son of David, son of Solomon, Jr. I'm descended from John F. Stevenson, Solomon, Jr's half brother. His family still lives in Johnston County, I was descended from Solomon, Jr's half brother, John F. Stevenson through his daughter, Mary, who married John Ogburn. Elmona
