Apr.18,1773 In the name of God Amen. I Jacob Watson of Johnston County being of proper sences praised be to God do make this my last will and testament as followeth. I give to my son Ziekil my Smith tools and rifel gun and seven head of hogs.I give to my son Soloman my lands and shotgun.I give unto my daughter Ann my horse and five head of cattle.I give unto my son Simon three head of cattle and three head of sheep.I give unto daughter Sarah five head of cattle.I give unto my daughter Mary five head of cattle and the rest and residue of my goods and chattels and personal estate after payments of my debts,legacies and funeral expenses and unto my wife Elizabeth whom I make my sole executor of this my last will and testament.
