My earliest ancestor was William SASSER born abt 1750. His son, John Henry SASSER, was born in Johnston County 29 March 1778. His wife was Nancy KIRBY(b.25 June 1792)whom he married 10 March 1812. This family migrated to Clay County, Kentucky where John Henry SASSER died 11 January 1859. Their daughter Malinda (b.5 May 1815, North Carolina)is my ancestress. She married Millington Blalock JONES 1 July 1841 in Clay County, Kentucky and died 27 July 1888 at Beech Creek, Clay County, Kentucky.
