I am a direct descendant and know what follows Malinda Sasser and her husband, my g-g-grandfather, Millington Blalock Jones. I, too, want to know from where the SASSERs came. I am fairly certain the name is German. Also, there were SASSERs in early eastern shore Maryland records.
