I am trying to trace the paternal lineage of LEMUEL JONES. Her third husband was CHARLES HENDERSON HOOD who migrated from Johnston/Wake County, NC c 1815. Her parents were born in NC. The father apparently died early on. The mother (initial E) is listed as head of household in the 1840 and 1850 Dyer County census. I'd be happy to share and would appreciate any information concerning this JONES family. Thanks! Darlene
