I am looking for PROOF of Harris Stanley-Standly-Stanly Father and mother. Harris married a Matilda__________. Believe they came to JoCo from Sampson County, NC. and before that from some place in Georgia. Harris Stanly was living in JoCo and Wayne Co. 1840. He was living in Wayne County near Mt. Olive 1870 US Census Record. Believe he was born Ca. 1811-22. Would be interested in corresponding with someone who is related to this Gentleman. Also know some of the Stanley-Stanly Family did settle in Jo.Co. Wayne Co. Burke Co. and that they may be related to the Stanly-Stanley Family of Craven County NC. Mawpar@aol.com
