Garner, Ira Elton, b. 10 Oct 1910, d. 21 Oct 1986, Son of Alonzo Garner & Lillie Sauls is my grandfather. My father is Richard Elton Garner, Sr. which was buried in the Brown Cemetery not far from this site. I live outside of Raleigh and would like to share info. Most of my family still lives in Johnston County. My parents died before I was old enough to ask about my great grandparents. Ira Elton Garner had children with Mamie Dimple Brown b. 24 Aug 1915, d 03 Feb 1990. Mamie Brown is my grandmother. My mother was Pauline (Keene) Garner b. 09 Jun 1936, d 19 Sep 1990.
