In North Carolina Marriage Bonds, 1741-1868, I found 3 PITTES were married in NC, all in Johnston Co.: Sally PITTES and John DUPREE (1820), Darcas PITTES and Jesse KENNEDAY (1821), Elizabeth PITTES and John GILES (1828).
