F. Utley, Rocky Mount, NC Cause of Death: Nephritis & Val???, disease of heart Burial: July 17, 1914 Wilson, NC Funeral Home: Bullock Philips & Co, Rocky Mount Hope this is of some help. Also found what I believe is William Samuel/Saunders Utley's certificate of death, if you should need that info. Let me know.
