I do order give, and dispose the same in manner and form as ? long that is to say that first I will that all these debts and as I now in ? or ? to any manner of person or persons whatsoever shall be ? and ? contents and paid ordained to be paid within covenants time af! ter, my decrease by my Executor hereafter named.
