NC Queries Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/NC/Johnston/2081 Surname: Talton, Graves, Burgess, Malone ------------------------- Susan, The Census of 1860, Morgan Co., AL shows my ggrandfather's father to be born in TN and I have found that my ggrandfather, Andrew Jackson Talton/Tolton was on the Voters List of 1891 in Greene Co.,TN. I have not found him in 1850 or 1840 Census. This has really been a brick wall for me. Jack was born in 1833-37, LDS says in NC with William as father and Mary as mother. I think perhaps the family moved from TN to AL. Would certainly appreciate it if you could find time to check what you have on Talton's in TN. My ggrandfathers first son was William and his first daughter Mary. Thank you and best regards, Pat
