Joane, Our STRICKLAND Family branched off to GA. Even up to my grandfather- they moved back and forth and kept in touch. We descend from WILLIAM STRICKLAND, (desc. of Mathew Strickland- Isle of Wight) & SARAH (Holly?) who settled in SAMPSON County in the 1700's. Have you joined the STRICKLAND-L list yet?
