He was the son of Samuel Watson of Johnston County,NC. Samuel was aveteran of the battle of Kings Mountain in October 1780. I descend through Isham's son Solomon (1803-1855). Solomon supposedly died in IrwinCounty,GA. He died intestate. I have more info on this line if you would to see it. Dave
