Hi, I am also looking at the Fail family in Johnston. A Patsy Fail married Ely Jones in Johnston in 1841, bondsman was Needham Fail. I believe that Patsy died before Needham made his will in late 1840s. He did not mention Patsy Jones. Is this the same family?
