Wilkins and Sarah (Sally) Howell,both born about 1825, as the parents of James Henry Wilkins. Unfortunately, I did not document my source for that data. Henry and Sally are in the 1850 census of Johnston county on page 54a in dwelling #817. Two of their children are listed but that was before the birth of James Henry.
