(Mine is from an outside plastic lamp) Remove the eyepiece from an old pair of binoculars. Make a small ring of cardboard to fit in the eye end about 10mm deep, and glue in place. Place the eyepiece on the fiche (Eye end down) and read fiche through the wrong end of the eyepiece. Some experiment may be necessary.
