NC. Her siblings are Dallie Meston b. Aug 7 1893, John C. b. Dec. 1892, Lewis b.Feb. 1896, Leola E. Fipps b. June 1897, Waterman b. 1899, and Mary was born June 22, 1902 and died march 25, 1987. She lived in smithfield, Johnston, NC. And she married a man named Capps. Mary Phipps Capps signed the memory book when my father died in December of 1974 and there is also a signature by Leslie Capps.
