John may have went to Bertie County and bought James out of his indenture and brought him back to Duplin Co. N.C. in the late 1750's. In 1770, James received a land grant for several hundred acres in s.w. Bladen Co., near what would become Robeson County. N.C. During the next thirty years or so, he would become very successful with hundreds of acres and a number of slaves. After Sarah Died around1822, their daughter, Sarah and her husband, William Bryan Jr. moved to Georgia to homestead. Around 1825, James Sr. and some of his children joined them there, leaving two of his sons James Jr. and William in Bladen County. James Sr. died in Monroe Co. G.A. at the age of 96. Hi All, I'm continueing to receive the Snowhite and the Seven Dwarf email from Hahaha and was wondering how many others are receiving the same. When and how can said email get stopped other than by deleting. It has infected my computer once and I certainly don't want to go through that again. Would certainly like to know who is sending it or if someone else is infected and the worm is attaching itself to their email being sent unknowingly. Is there some way to have the ISP filter it in order to stop said virus from again infecting our computers? See Ya! Richard
