Can any one tell me the laws covering grave yards the have been past to others with the sell of farm land can the farmer plow the graves over,can the use the grave yards for junk yards,can they post the land so you can't get to the grave yards. He's listed as "Samuel Stricklen" in The Appomattox Paroles April 9-15, 1865 by William G. Nine and Ronald Wilson.
