Please do not take those costs for service fee's as current/accurate. I'm sure that you've noticed that the fee's change on a continual bases, and of course for a State resident the cost is minimal compared to the rest of us who are not fortunate enough to live in NC. :o) I just wanted to make sure that you had the contact info for your files in case you didn't have it.
