I am researching the family of my grandfather, Robert Manley. It was brought to my attention that in a search for the Manley name in censuses up to 1890 gives 122 Manley's, with the largest amount being in Hertford Co. I don't know if this goes with my family line, since I have no definite information on them. If the information I have below is correct, then William MANLY/MANLEY is my g-grandfather.
