Well, I tried to send the bond, but you can't send an attachment over the list. If there is anyone out there who would look at this for me and help me just a little. This bond was issued in Perquimans but it looks like they did it in Hertford. It also looks like the name of a church, but I can't be sure. Just looking for some input.
