    3. Hi Ken, You're absolutely right. That is the information provided by the NC State Archives in their short prelude introduction of available Hertford County records. I didn't alter anything from that data that they provided. Thanks for setting that records straight for everyone. Guess it wouldn't hurt to ask the State Archives to correct that information now would it?
