Looking for any information on MILLS D SUMNER, born 1811[?] Hertford Cty NC, Father was Thomas Mills Sumner. Mills D was Married to Nancy J Bishop in Gates Cty in 1841, He lived in Southampton Cty Va, was a Constable and a Contract Mail Carrier for the US Post Office.. He died in 1857 in SouthamptonCty with Pneumonia.
