I'm at a dead end with my Johnson line, maybe someone can help. My gggrandfather was Andrew Jackson Johnson (b. 1864) in Henderson Co., married 1st Flora Shipman and later after her death married Emma Shipman her sister. Andrew Jackson Johnson I think was illegitimate; his father was Hiram King Jones (I think) and mother was Oney Caroline Johnson (I think). I'm trying to find any information on Oney Caroline Johnson. She had 3 son's by Hiram King Jones, Hiram King Johnson, Andrew Jackson Johnson and C. Leander Johnson. She later married and moved to Spartanburg SC, I think. Hiram King Jones raised the sons. Does anyone know anything about these Johnsons. Susan Johnson
