    3. Hi Ann, I don't know if any early records are available, but there is a short reference to the "Kehukee primitive Baptist Church" in the North Carolina Southern Baptist Collection at Wake Forest University. You can go to the home page of the collection at: http://www.wfu.edu/Library/baptist/ The search page for church records is at: http://erl.wfu.edu/RIS/RISWEB.isa This is where I found the following: "KEHUKEE PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH (1742). RECORDS, 1929-1952. Church organized in 1742. Minutes of church conferences. Ref Type: Serial (Book,Monograph)" You might be able to find more by contacting someone associated with the collection. Take care. Ken Christison Conway, NC USA christison@coastalnet.com http://www2.coastalnet.com/~s7f7s3gt/index.html ----- Original Message ----- From: "A. Does anyone happen to know if the old records for the church exist and if so, where might they be? I have read that the church dates back to 1748. > > Thank you for any assistance. > > Ann Pearson > casaamador@worldnet.att.net
