I am trying to sort through the various Powell families of early North Carolina and would like to communicate with anyone working with William Powell who lived in Halifax County before moving to Edgecombe County where he left a will in 1792. He married first Elizabeth and then Nancy. His children are found in Halifax, Edgecombe, Nash counties in North Carolina and also South Carolina. Thanks, Forrest King
