Could anyone tell me what happened to Nancy (NELMS) TILLERY BRICKELL? Her husband, John, d. in 1789. She was in the 1790 and 1800 census for Halifax, but can find her no more any where. "Ambrose was from York County, Va., where he served his county as a soldier in the American Revolution before he immigrated to Halifax County, N. C."
