Betty, I am returning this email to you by using your original and simply responding by hitting reply to all. When the new email document comes up it had your original message on it. I then right clicked on the body of the message and chose the item "Select All" from the drop down menu. Then the entire message which you had sent was highlighted and I hit the "Delete" key on my keyboard and the body of the message cleared completely. Actually, it is inappropriate to respond to a message with the old message if it has any substantial length. Sometimes, when it's just a brief message and your response specifically requires the old message in order to be fully intelligible, then sending with the old message seems appropriate to me. Hope this answered your question. Regards, Dick Hudson
